1 teaspoon of Matcha tea powder
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon Saucier Willy’s Calypso Simple Syrup
½ cup water
Blender, cocktail shaker, workout supplement mixing cup, or a cup and spoon 😉
Try it with lemon, orange or pineapple juice.
Use a pre-made limeade, add matcha and syrup to taste.
Use a tincture, glycerite or a prepared cannabis concentrate, i.e., distillate to medicate this recipe. If you would like to add lecithin to this beverage, add a pinch of sunflower lecithin powder or a 1/4-1 teaspoon of liquid lecithin with the other ingredients. When using lecithin, create this beverage in a blender.
Add Saucier Willy’s Calypso Simple Syrup, lime juice. Matcha tea powder and water (if using, add lecithin and cannabis product here) to your blender, shaker or cup.
Blend or stir until it is slightly foamy and homogenous.
Pour into your cup and enjoy!
