Matcha Limeade

Boost your on-the-go mornings or your lazy afternoon with a refreshing limeade. Citrus and fruits combine with Matcha for an uplifting energy. Taste that zing on your palate and take off running!

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

1 teaspoon of Matcha tea powder

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 cup sugar

1 ½ cup water

1 cup fruit 

Equipment

Blender, cocktail shaker, workout supplement mixing cup, or a cup and spoon 😉

Optional

Try it with lemon, orange or pineapple juice.

Mix and match your favorite fruits in this recipe. 

Use a pre-made limeade, add matcha and syrup to taste.

Medicate It

Use a tincture, glycerite or a prepared cannabis concentrate, i.e., distillate to medicate this recipe. If you would like to add lecithin to this beverage, add a pinch of sunflower lecithin powder or a 1/4-1 teaspoon of liquid lecithin with the other ingredients. When using lecithin, create this beverage in a blender.

How To

Add sugar, fruit and 1 cup of water to a saucepan.

Heat to medium high and bring to a boil while stirring constantly. When the sugar is dissolved, Strain and set and set aside to cool.

Add simple syrup, lime juice, Matcha tea powder and 1/2 cup of water (if using, add lecithin and cannabis product here) to your blender, shaker or cup.

Blend or stir until it is slightly foamy and homogenous.

Pour into your cup and enjoy!
