Several years ago I started yearning to create a high-end line of gourmet products much like the ones you offer, and lo this long time later, I have done nothing – nothing, I tell you! – to advance that vision. So I wish you all the best – both as someone who longs to make a quiet living in this beautiful place doing creative work from home…and as a vicarious, admiring ‘saucier’! Kudos for not giving in to obstacles that challenged you and for making it happen!
