Fruit Blast Smoothie

Show your body a little bit of tenderness with this refreshing blend. One glass will blast you through your routine. Break-up your usual smoothie rotation with this new addition.

Yield: 4 - 8oz servings


1 tablespoon liquid coconut oil

1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

½ cup passionfruit (fresh, frozen or 100% juice)

½ cup spinach (fresh)

½ teaspoon of mint (fresh or ¼ teaspoon dried)

1 ¼ cup Greek yogurt

1 cup ice

Saucier Willy’s Fig’N’Berry Simple Syrup to taste (recommended 2 tablespoons)


To make an individual serving make a fourth of this recipe.

Medicate It

Sub the oil for cannaoil (preferably liquid if you do not want tiny chunks of coconut oil in your finished smoothie) to reach your desired potency. Use prepared/activated concentrates i.e., distillate or tinctures to medicate your smoothie.

How To

In a blender, add yogurt, coconut oil, mint, spinach, simple syrup, passion fruit, strawberries and ice (cannabis concentrates can be added after the yogurt).

Blend until you reach your desired consistency.

Serve and enjoy!
