Indulging in a warm cup of tea is my favorite way to start to start your day. This beneficial beverage is a lovely addition to your morning routine. Give yourself a much-needed boost with each satisfying sip!
Yield: 1 serving
1 Tablespoon of Matcha tea powder
8 oz of milk
Sugar or any sweetener to taste
A pinch of sunflower or soy lecithin powder or a 1/4-1 teaspoon of liquid lecithin
Infused Coconut Oil (use as much as you need to reach your required dose)
Whisk or immersion blender
Substitute any type of nut-milk, etc. for the milk.
To speed up the process, add all your ingredients (make sure your milk is already hot) to a travel mug and shake vigorously until combined. Shake from time to time to keep the mixture homogenous.
Use canna coconut oil or a prepared cannabis/hemp concentrate, i.e., distillate to medicate this recipe. Add it with the other ingredients in the pot.
Heat the milk in a small sauce pot/pan.
Before the milk boils, turn off the heat or remove from burner.
Add Matcha tea powder, sugar, lecithin (if using, add canna coconut oil here) to the milk.
Whisk gently or use an immersion blender in the pot until it becomes foamy on top.
Pour into your mug and enjoy!
