Yield: 1 serving

1/2 ounce lime juice (1 fresh lime)

12 mint leaves

2 ounces pomegranate juice

1 ounce simple syrup

2 ounces of white rum

1/2 cup of club soda

1 cup of sugar

1 cup of water

Small handful of ice

Cocktail shaker

Sub your white rum for a non-alcoholic rum.

Juice your own limes or use fresh lime juice.

Garnish your drink with a slice of lime and some fresh mint leaves.

Medicate It

Use a tincture, glycerite or a prepared cannabis concentrate, i.e., distillate to medicate this recipe.

How To

Gently rub your mint leaves together in the palm of your hands to release the aromatics of the herb. Drop them into your cocktail shaker and lightly muddle them a few times.

Add the ice, lime juice, pomegranate juice, simple syrup, and rum to the shaker.

Top your shaker, raise it, and shake it nice and good for up to 10 seconds.

Pour the contents of your shaker into a glass. Add club soda and lightly stir (if using, add cannabis product here).
