Turmeric Tea Smoothie
My son says I make the best smoothies because “They are sooooooooo fresh!” Dealing with any number of maladies throughout the day points to one common need to achieve relief: reduce inflammation! Often, the smoothie sounds good and taste terrible. Here is something yummy to relieve some aches and pains.
Yield: 1 serving
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 cup mango, diced (fresh or frozen)
1 cup pineapple, cubed (fresh or frozen)
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Golden Milk Ice Cream
any Saucier Willy’s Simple Syrups to taste
Sub the mango and pineapple with a frozen mango pineapple smoothie mix.
Sub any portion of the oil for cannaoil to reach your desired potency. Use prepared/activated concentrates i.e., distillate or tinctures to medicate your smoothie.
In a blender, add all ingredients.
Blend until you reach your desired consistency.
Serve and enjoy!
