Peaches dance playfully with raspberries in effervescent prosecco. The warm color and the crisp taste pair well with brunch. Unwind with a sip of sophistication.

-Saucy Mama

Yield: 5-6 serving

1 cup raspberries

1 cup peaches

4 tablespoons simple syrup

1 bottle of prosecco

Sub your prosecco for a sparkling Riesling, sparkling cider or a non-alcoholic prosecco.

Use fresh or frozen fruit.

Sub different fruits like mangoes, strawberries, and more!

For fun presentation purposes, blend fruit separately. Next, place your peach puree in the glass and then place your raspberry puree on top. Top with prosecco and have a layered effect! Stir and enjoy.
