We love using droppers for ease of use and to keep the final texture intact
Use up to 1 fl. Oz of tincture and add it with the Schisandra berry glycerite
Use up to 1 oz solid canna coconut oil and mix with the lecithin
Stand/hand mixer or immersion blender
Mix warmed mct with chilies and cinnamon. Steep for 5-10 minutes. Mix with honey and toss with almonds. Roast at 325°F on parchment until browned, about 10 minutes.
Combine mct, lecithin and cannabis product thoroughly. Set aside.
Blend banana, avocado, pomegranate juice, Schisandra berry.
Whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Heat on stovetop: sweetened condensed milk, chocolate, saffron, vanilla bean, infused mct. Add slowly to blender while blending with pureed fruit.
Fold the fruit mixture into the whipped cream. If it’s the consistency of pudding or soft serve ice cream, add the roasted almonds and mini chocolate chips. If not, freeze until the consistency is reached and then add, mix and continue freezing.
Garnish with pumpkin seeds.
