Grilled Tuna Salad

8 oz. Tuna

1 tsp (est.) Saucier Willy Virgin Islands Rub

Saucier Willy Orange Jalapeno Marmalade

1 cup Edamame

2 Carrots Shredded

2 Scallions sliced

8-10 Cherry Tomatoes



Fire up your grill to get it hot.

Rub your preferred amount of Virgin Islands Rub onto your fish.

Mix all the vegetables together.

Grill your fish to your desired temperature (med-rare recommended). Sit your fish on top of the salad and spoon your desired amount of Orange Jalapeno Marmalade on top of the fish. The marmalade will melt over top of the fish creating a glaze and run down into the salad to act as your dressing.
