Some Like It Hot Margarita

Saucier Willy’s favorite libation is a refreshing spicy margarita. Take all the guesswork out of mixology with the addition of our Some Like It Hot Simple Syrup. There’s something about that crisp citrus taste paired with a smooth anejo tequila that melts you into a state of relaxation only achieved by a tropical vacation.

Yield 1: 8-ounce beverage 

 Ingredients

1-ounce lime juice

1-ounce lemon juice

2-ounces orange juice

3-ounces lime seltzer water

2.5 teaspoons Saucier Willy's Some Like It Hot Simple Syrup

lime wedge

Ice Cubes

Saucier Willy's Castaway Finishing Salt

Add some alcohol! This pairs lovely with all sorts of libations. We prefer anejo tequila. The options are endless. Sub an ounce or 2 of the lime seltzer water with your favorite spirit.

Medicate it

Add a Cannabis Tincture to your desired potency. Tinctures that are alcohol based should be used exclusively for beverages. Oil based extracts are not recommended with this beverage. Use caution when consuming alcohol and cannabis.

How To

Rub the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with the lime wedge and then dip in a saucer of Castaway Finishing Salt.

Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour tequila, lime/lemon/orange juice and Some Like It Hot Simple Syrup over the ice. Shake vigorously until frost forms.

Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with the lime wedge.
